2. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, providing project details, and coordinating site visits. The role focuses on lead qualification through inbound and outbound with effective communication, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The customer advisor should ensure the acceptance of all incoming calls to the customer care numbers. 2. Ensure follow up of the missed calls that come either during other calls or during non-working hours. 3. Must ensure the following up of: - Call Back - Call Drop 4. They must also ensure that all leads coming to them through various sources are immediately entered in the CRM and dialed. 5. Responsible for following up of the Digital Leads. 6. Attending of all web chats online and ensure that all queries are adequately responded to within the given time frame. 7. One needs to acquire appointments for Face to Face from all prospects. 8. One is expected to follow instructions & abide by rules & regulations of the company as well as that may be laid by the respective reporting authority from time to time in the interest of the business.

4. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION: Qualification -

Graduation (any stream) Experience

– 6months - 3 years’ experience handling similar profile. Competencies

– English – Excellent Verbal and Written skill - Required Kannada – Excellent Verbal skill – Required Hindi – Speaking proficiency - Preferred

Relevant digital exposure, hands on with MS office Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Etiquette's, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking. Honesty and integrity. Smart & Presentable. Good Team Player.
