Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Developer. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions that align with business and client needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into code, troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities Product & Application Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications Develop microservices, APIs, and backend modules Optimize existing PHP/MySQL/MongoDB codebases Ensure performance, security, and reliability across modules Architecture & Technical Ownership Contribute to system architecture decisions Implement coding standards, best practices, and clean architecture Lead migration/refactoring initiatives if required Handle integrations with marketplaces, ERPs, payment gateways, etc. Database & Data Engineering Design relational and NoSQL schema structures Optimize complex SQL queries Work with large-scale datasets and logs Handle replication, indexing, and performance tuning Web Scraping & Automation Build and maintain scalable scraping systems Handle anti-bot mechanisms, proxy rotation, rate limiting Parse structured & unstructured data at scale API Development & Integration Build RESTful APIs and webhook systems Create secure authentication and access control layers Integrate third-party APIs (marketplaces, logistics, ERPs, accounting apps) Cloud & DevOps (AWS) Deploy applications on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda etc.) Manage CI/CD pipelines Optimize cloud infrastructure cost and performance Monitor logs and alerting systems Team Leadership Lead and mentor a small engineering team Perform code reviews and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions Participate in sprint planning, task allocation and technical discussions Ensure timely delivery of product releases
