This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Associate at our Thrissur campus. The Academic Associate will be responsible for supporting the academic and administrative needs of the institution, assisting in organizing and supervising educational programs, and conducting research to improve training methodologies. The role also requires maintaining effective communication with students, faculty, and stakeholders, ensuring an engaging and supportive educational environment. Qualifications

German Language Skill (B1 or B2) Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to support effective interaction with students, faculty, and other team members Adaptability and team collaboration skills Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Proficiency in relevant educational software and tools is an advantage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
