About the Role
We are seeking a business-driven leader to spearhead our Group Affinity Business across acquisition and strategic account management. The role requires a strong grasp of Group Credit Life, proven P&L thinking, and the ability to grow revenue through existing partners while acquiring high-quality new relationships.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced team leader with strong stakeholder management, institutional sales capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, acquire and onboard new Affinity Partners, NBFCs, FinTechs, Banks, and large institutional clients.
Drive revenue and profitability targets for the region and lead commercial negotiations, pitch proposals, and close contracts.
Manage and grow business from key existing accounts; maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
Work closely with Product, Underwriting, and Operations teams to deliver tailored Group Credit Life solutions.
Create a performance-driven culture with a strong focus on results and relationship excellence.
Track pipeline, conversions, commercial approvals, and partner documentation.
Key Requirements:
7-15 years of experience in
Group Credit Life
/Group Business/Institutional Sales
within the life insurance industry.
Demonstrated success in acquisition + account mining.
Strong team handling experience.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive revenue growth with strategic thinking and operational discipline.
Mature, polished, and able to engage confidently with senior leaders of partner organizations.
