Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Sales & Estimation Head

with a strong background in technical sales, estimation, and project execution in construction/interior projects. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, commercially sharp, and confident in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor the

Sales & Estimation team . Prepare detailed

costing, quantity take-offs & BOQs . Develop

3D models and estimation backups

for design-build projects. Review drawings and project specifications. Attend client meetings, handle objections, and showcase technical capabilities. Manage first-level

commercial negotiations

and handle competition. Coordinate planning, execution & project management activities. Guide Sales Engineers for target achievement and proposal preparation.

Qualifications & Experience B.E. (Civil / Construction)

– Mandatory 8–10 years of experience in

Technical Sales & Marketing Strong exposure to

Planning, Execution & Project Management Excellent communication & customer engagement skills Hands-on experience in

AutoCAD, MS Excel & MS Office Strong understanding of drawings, estimations & commercial discussions

Ideal Candidate Technically strong with commercial acumen Confident in client meetings & negotiations Able to travel as per project requirements Immediate joiner preferred
