Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Oracle ERP EBS SCM Functional Consultant located in Delhi/NCR. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing Oracle ERP solutions tailored to supply chain management (SCM) processes. The Consultant will interact with stakeholders to understand business requirements, map workflows, and recommend ERP solutions to optimize business operations. Key responsibilities include supporting ERP implementation projects, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance with finance and ERP guidelines, and providing expertise to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes. Configure and implement Oracle EBS SCM modules. Provide end-to-end functional support for SCM operations. Conduct CRP sessions, prepare BRD, MD050, and functional design documents. Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and user training. Support data migration and integration activities. Work closely with technical teams for customizations and interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in production. Provide post-implementation support and process improvements.

Qualifications: Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes. Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules. Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation. Strong knowledge of O2C and P2P cycles from functional perspective. Experience in preparing functional documentation. Good stakeholder communication and client interaction skills.
