Youth English Community Leaders

who enjoy working with young learners and guiding interactive English conversations in a friendly and engaging way. Job Description As a Youth English Community Leader, you will facilitate group discussions and activities designed to help young members practice speaking English confidently. You will create a welcoming environment where participants feel comfortable expressing their ideas, sharing experiences, and interacting with others in English. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring youth, leading group activities, and helping young people develop confidence in communication. Responsibilities Lead English conversation sessions designed for youth participants Facilitate engaging discussions on topics relevant to young people (education, hobbies, culture, technology, future careers, etc.) Encourage participants to speak, share ideas, and interact confidently in English Create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere Guide group activities that promote communication and collaboration Help maintain active participation and community engagement Work with the Fondi team to improve youth program quality and participation Incentives Incentive-based earnings based on session activity and engagement Rewards for consistent hosting and strong participant engagement Opportunity to gain leadership and mentoring experience Long-term opportunities within the Fondi community ecosystem Requirements Comfortable communicating and leading discussions in English Passion for working with youth and supporting their learning journey Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and able to engage young participants Reliable and able to host sessions consistently Experience in youth programs, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation is a plus (but not required)
