Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Support partners with sales enablement tools, product training, and process alignment. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor, analyze, and report channel sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Drive achievement of revenue targets and KPIs across assigned territories.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in Partner/Channel management.
