Responsibility:
**HR Policies and Processes
1. Design and formulate HR policies and processes
2. Develop employee Manual
3. Competency mapping for all levels throughout the organization.
4 Preparing and updation of Organization charts (Department / Plant)
**Recruitment and selection
Sourcing (Media, Portals, Rec. agencies, Referrals)
Schedule the interviews according to the availability of the Interview panel.
Selection of suitable candidate based on the skill set required for the position.
Issue a detailed appointment letter explaining the roles & responsibilities, terms & conditions related to work, prevailing currently in the organization.
**Induction and Orientation and Probation Assessment
Organize Induction and Orientation of the new joinees.
Conduct Induction Evaluation
Conduct Probation assessment
Issue confirmation/ extension letter
**Performance Management System
Create Job Descriptions and Key Result Areas of employees
Conduct complete cycle of appraisal
Normalization process
Issue letters
** Handling Employee Grievance
Handling grievances related to work, Compensation, Facilities & working environment.
Ensuring effective solution resulting in employee satisfaction.
Attending cases related to Labour Court.
**Payroll
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
**Training & Development
Soft Skills (Communication, Presentation, ISO awareness, etc.)
CFT – Cross Function Training (Inter Departmental Training)
Identify the Training needs of the employees during the periodic / annual review of the employees.
Based on needs identified, prepare the Training calendar for quarter / year.
Identify the Training agencies to train the employees in the core functions.
Measure the effectiveness of the training & validate the same in the following appraisal.
**Employee Engagement Activities:
Organizing Employee Welfare activities
Conducting one to one meeting with employees
Implement activities to connect with the employees
Implement Employee relation initiatives
**MIS
Generate periodic MIS for submission to management
**Plant Visit
Regular visit to all plants and branches
**Employee separation
Seek necessary approval on resignations
Ensure smooth Exit formalities including Clearances and Exit Interview
Exit analysis on quarterly basis
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
8 – 10 years
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate, Post Graduate (HR), MBA - (HR)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
: Manufacturing Industry
