Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Infrastructure & Virtualization Engineer

with strong expertise in

Citrix ,

VMware ,

data-centric architectures ,

load balancing , and

enterprise networking . The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting highly available infrastructure environments ensuring performance optimization, scalability, and secure access to business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

environments. Manage VMware virtualization platforms including

ESXi ,

vCenter , and VM lifecycle management. Implement and maintain

data-centric infrastructure architectures

supporting enterprise workloads. Configure and manage

load balancers

for traffic optimization and high availability. Support enterprise networking including: Routing & Switching Firewalls Network troubleshooting Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system reliability. Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning activities. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams. Maintain operational documentation and infrastructure standards. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of Infrastructure / Virtualization experience Strong hands-on experience with: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops VMware (ESXi, vCenter) Knowledge of

data center architecture Experience with

Load Balancers

(F5 / Citrix ADC / NetScaler / similar) Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routing, Switching) Experience supporting enterprise production environments Preferred Skills Hybrid Cloud or Cloud Infrastructure exposure Automation or scripting experience High availability and DR design Security integration experience
