Assistant Manager – Sales (MBO, Events & Pop-Ups)
Reporting To:
Channel Head – Partnerships
Drive revenue growth across MBO channels, exhibitions, and pop-up activations pan India.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strong on-ground execution and follow-ups.
Maximise sales performance during exhibitions and pop-ups through proactive selling, stock planning, and real-time monitoring.
Coordinate closely with MBO partners to ensure proper product display, visibility, and brand representation as per guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and strengthen relationships with store managers and owners.
Ensure smooth operational coordination including dispatch follow-ups, stock reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Travel extensively across India to manage partner outlets, drive activations, and expand business opportunities.
Work directly with and align closely to the Channel Head – Partnerships on sales strategy and execution priorities.
