KRA: Responsible for end-to-end coordination of all the self-financed academic programmes at the college.
Job Profile:
Assisting the Admission Officer in all the on-site admission campaigns
Handling the telephonic inquiries emerging out of social media marketing leads.
Handling the admission inquiries and counseling the prospective students at the respective college to ensure the conversion into actual admission.
Implementing the actual admission process for all the self-financed academic programmes at the respective college.
Maintaining all the admission-related documents and records.
Handling all academic administration after the programme commencement:
Creation of divisions/ batches
Preparing the semester-specific class time-table
Communication and coordination with visiting faculty, guest faculty, industry resource persons, etc., to ensure smooth execution of the class timetable and overall academics.
Ensuring the readiness of the classroom and teaching aids for lecture delivery.
Generating the studentsโ attendance reports every week and presenting the summary to the faculty in charge of the academic programme.
Examination planning and implementation under the guidance of the Controller of Examinations of the college.
Handling the administrative issues and queries of the students.
Any other responsibility entrusted from time to time.
Qualification:
Any graduate/ post-graduate
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is desirable.
Desired Skills:
Sound verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages.
