Job Description
We are looking for a "Business development leader" ( 15-18 years of experience) for a global IT service provider
Experience with selling software and IT services to the domestic market in GCC/GIC segments
for the Bangalore location
Responsibilities
Lead all sales and marketing efforts within your region, while collaborating across regions to share insights and best practices.
Manage and coordinate the development of value propositions, sales strategies, proposals, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, acting as the primary link between Business Units, Sales, Partners and Executive Leadership.
Work closely with cloud vendors to identify new opportunities and jointly target potential accounts.
Align with partner teams on joint opportunities, including pipeline management and regular forecast reviews.
Collaborate with the assigned partner manager to craft and deliver product messaging, showcasing the organization’s value as a trusted systems integrator.
Drive joint marketing initiatives in partnership with internal marketing teams and external cloud/tech partners
Requirements
Proven experience across the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities — someone who excels at engaging new people and cultivating long-term professional connections.
Experience selling software and IT services to GCCs in India.
Demonstrated success in solutions-based selling, along with the ability to build and sustain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal — with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
