Role Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with Fresher or 0-1 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, and familiarity with local building regulations.

Key Responsibilities Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution. Prepare and develop 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations. Work closely with senior architects and project managers to deliver projects within timelines. Coordinate with consultants and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings. Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, bylaws, and guidelines. Prepare design documentation, reports, and approval drawings as per project requirements.

Required Skills Proficiency in architectural and visualization software including: SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray AutoCAD Revit Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Good understanding of local building codes and regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid COA (Council of Architecture) registration was mandatory.
