Role Overview
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to own our entire cold email and outbound operation.
You will build the campaigns, source and enrich the contacts, manage deliverability, and continuously optimize performance. This role reports directly to the founder. You will have full ownership of the outbound system.
Campaigns, Contacts, and Enrichment
This is the core of the role. You are responsible for building and running our entire outbound pipeline from scratch, every day.
Design and build multi-step cold email campaigns targeting e-commerce and SaaS companies
Source prospect companies through StoreLeads by filtering on vertical, revenue, platform, and other criteria
Build Clay enrichment workflows that scrape, enrich, and score contacts and companies automatically
Set up waterfall enrichment logic to maximize data coverage across multiple sources
Clean, deduplicate, and segment lead lists before they enter the pipeline
Route enriched leads into HubSpot with proper tagging, lifecycle stages, and list assignments
Manage the RevyOps data room for prospect list building, data hygiene, and CRM syncing
Keep HubSpot data clean, pipelines accurate, and contact records up to date
The tools you will use for this:
Clay — Enrichment, scraping, scoring, waterfall logic, and lead routing
StoreLeads — E-commerce company sourcing and filtering
RevyOps — Prospect data room, list management, and CRM sync
HubSpot — CRM, pipeline management, and sequences
Deliverability and Domain Health
Your campaigns only work if the emails land. You are responsible for keeping our sending infrastructure healthy.
Set up and manage all sending domains, including DNS records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
Warm up new domains and mailboxes on a structured schedule
Manage inbox rotation across multiple sending accounts
Monitor domain reputation, sender scores, and inbox placement rates daily
Identify and resolve blacklist issues immediately
Τrack deliverability across providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
Manage the full lifecycle of a sending domain — purchase, setup, warmup, rotation, and retirement
Maintain a clean sending reputation at all times
The tools you will use for this:
Email Bison — Sending infrastructure, warmup, inbox rotation, and campaign execution
Email Guard — Domain health monitoring, blacklist alerts, authentication checks, and deliverability tracking
Reporting and Automation:
You will build and maintain the reporting and automation layer that keeps the outbound engine running efficiently.
Build daily reports that show outbound performance — sends, opens, replies, bounces, and meetings booked
Build daily deliverability reports — inbox placement rates, domain health scores, and sender reputation
Automate recurring workflows wherever possible (list imports, enrichment triggers, campaign launches, reporting)
Create alerts for deliverability drops, bounce spikes, or reputation changes so problems are caught early
Document all workflows and processes so the system runs reliably
Daily Optimization:
Outbound is not set-and-forget. You will monitor, diagnose, and adjust campaigns in real time.
Review campaign performance daily and make adjustments to subject lines, copy, send times, and targeting
Diagnose underperforming campaigns quickly — identify whether the issue is targeting, messaging, deliverability, or data quality
Run A/B tests across sequences and measure results
Iterate on ICP definitions and enrichment criteria based on what is working
Keep campaigns fresh — retire stale sequences and launch new variations regularly
Requirements:
3+ years managing cold email campaigns and infrastructure
Hands-on experience with outbounding tools like Email Bison, Instantly, or Smartlead
Hands-on experience with enrichment tools like Clay, Clearbit, or Apollo
Experience setting up and maintaining sending domains, DNS records, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Proven track record keeping sender reputation clean across multiple domains
Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
Strong written English
Available to work PST business hours
Nice to Have:
Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
Familiarity with e-commerce or SaaS business models
SQL proficiency
Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) for data work
Work Schedule:
Fully remote position. Full-time availability, Monday to Friday during PST working hours is required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
