Key Responsibilities:
About the Role
As an AI Manager, you will play a critical role in driving execution, training, and adoption of AI solutions across the organisation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that bridges people, process, and technology. You will work across functions to support adoption, deliver training, monitor usage, and gather feedback to improve adoption outcomes.
Execution & Adoption
Support operational rollout of AI tools and workflows across teams in Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal
Facilitate AI onboarding sessions, training workshops, and tool demos for internal users.
Maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), help documents, and FAQs
Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day AI adoption queries, user support, and troubleshooting
Track active usage and engagement across AI tools; identify areas needing support or improvement
Identify friction points in usage and work with relevant stakeholders to improve workflows, documentation, or training materials
Contribute ideas for improving adoption experiences
Help design quick start guides, video tutorials, or bite-sized learning modules
Engage in internal feedback loops with stakeholders to pilot enhancements or new use cases.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and user satisfaction over time.
Prepare adoption dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting key insights and patterns.
Work with internal data and analytics stakeholders to build simple reporting frameworks.
Cross-Functional Enablement
Partner with Product and Data teams to relay real-world user challenges and suggestions.
Support teams in understanding how AI can streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Assist in testing updates or enhancements before wider rollout.
Additional Skills:
Foundational Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain AI tools in simple terms.
Aptitude for supporting operational processes and engaging with diverse teams.
Comfortable documenting workflows, tracking outcomes, and presenting insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives.
Technical / AI Fluency
Familiarity with generative AI tools and conversational AI platforms.
Understanding of automation platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, or n8n.
Ability to work with dashboards, basic analytics, and usage tracking tools.
Learning mindset with interest in AI trends and productivity technologies.
Exposure to enterprise tools (CRM, ERP, BI dashboards).
Experience creating training content or facilitation experience.
Interest in staying updated on AI advancements and practical applications.
Key Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in technology or marketing related roles with a knack for AI
MBA or relevant certifications in AI/enablement is a plus.
