Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Validator with 2–5 years of experience in data quality management and validation processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies or anomalies.

• Develop and implement data validation rules and procedures.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data errors.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, MIS, Analytics).

• Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation projects.

• Prepare detailed validation reports and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies.

• Automate validation processes using Excel, SQL, or other tools where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Validation, Data Quality, MIS, or similar roles.

• Strong proficiency in CDB

• Good working knowledge of SQL.

• Experience handling large datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
