Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Lead to own product delivery, testing & certification for EV DC fast chargers. The role requires deep expertise in Power Electronics, Hardware Product Design Methodologies, Charger Hardware Testing & Charging Protocols like OCPP inc. OCPP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage engineering team deliverables-

hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, testing- while ready to be hands-on when needed. 2. Translate product requirements into engineering tasks 3. Own delivery timelines and execution 4. Exposure to Indian EV charging standards (BIS/AIS-138, CEA guidelines and ARAI certification) and CE Compliance 5. Manage suppliers, manufacturing readiness, BOM cost optimization 6. Drive quality, testing, and reliability 7. Exposure to field deployments, installation challenges and serviceability of EV chargers or similar connected products 8. Solve technical blockers in collaboration with the CTO & other stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

·

5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience building power electronics products, both hardware + software stacks

·

3+ years in EV charging, energy systems, or related high-power electronics domains.

·

Proven experience building EV DC charging products in India

·

Knowledge of EV Vehicle charging architecture, high-power systems, and grid integration will be good to have

·

Hands-on experience with OCPP implementation, customization, and backend interoperability is an advantage.

·

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer)
