About The Role Tend Health is seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Clinical Operations Senior Associate to support and strengthen our national tele-mental health platform serving healthcare professionals. This is not an administrative role. It is an operational strategy role. You will sit at the intersection of clinical care, data, compliance, and systems design — translating data into decisions and process into performance. You will help leadership identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and build scalable operational infrastructure as we grow. We strongly prefer candidates with an MBA or equivalent advanced training in business, healthcare operations, or analytics. The ideal candidate combines business rigor with healthcare fluency and can move seamlessly between spreadsheets, dashboards, regulatory frameworks, and operational execution. If you understand how reimbursement models affect clinician utilization, how credentialing impacts revenue cycles, and how data informs quality metrics — this role is for you.

What you will do • Provide strategic and analytical support to clinical, operational, and executive leadership • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to inform real-time decision-making • Analyze EHR and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Improve workflows across credentialing, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, and clinician performance • Support regulatory reporting (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS where applicable) • Develop operational KPIs and performance scorecards • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement system enhancements • Anticipate operational risks and propose scalable solutions • Own special projects that drive measurable improvements in efficiency or margin This role requires someone who thinks in systems, not tasks.

Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, analytics, or related field. Willingness to work U.S hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm EST • MBA strongly preferred • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare delivery and reimbursement structures • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, modeling) • Experience working with EHR data and healthcare reporting systems • Familiarity with SQL or ability to write and interpret basic queries • Experience in telehealth, multi-state healthcare operations, or value-based care preferred Preferred Technology Experience Electronic Medical Records ChARM Akute Hint Elation Analytics & Reporting Platforms Tableau Power BI Looker Athena Insights RedCap Snowflake Operational Platforms Zapier Keragon Zoom Workplace Google Workspace

Who are you • MBA-trained or operating at MBA-level business rigor • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership • Naturally curious about metrics, margin, and scalability • Able to translate messy operational data into clear action • Structured thinker with strong follow-through • Comfortable owning projects independently • Motivated by improving systems that support clinician well-being

Why this role matters Tend Health exists to care for those who care for others. Our operational backbone must be as strong as our clinical mission. This role helps ensure we scale thoughtfully, compliantly, and efficiently — without compromising quality.
