Senior Designer

who can step right in and grow with us—someone who can lead projects end-to-end and become an extension of the founder.

What you’ll be doing: Leading

client meetings

with confidence and warmth Developing design concepts and translating them into detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations Driving

design selections

and detailing with an eye for aesthetics Coordinating across the

design & project management team Creating

BOQs & vendor mappings

that flow seamlessly into execution Managing

vendors, budgets, and timelines

with structure and clarity Defining

brand standards

and elevating PV Heim’s design identity Bringing

original, boundary-pushing creativity

to every project

Apply only if you: Are

fluent in English

(spoken & written – client-facing role) Have

minimum 3 years of experience in luxury residential design Have

at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit Can independently handle design, vendors, and client communication A genuine love for design that’s thoughtful, functional, and memorable
