Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior ServiceNow Developer

with strong expertise in

ITOM and Event Management . The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. This role requires strong technical capabilities along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-level implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement

ServiceNow ITOM solutions , specifically Event Management. Configure and manage

Event Rules, Alert Management, and Correlation Rules . Implement and optimize

ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping . Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, SCOM, etc.). Configure MID Servers and manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Maintain and optimize CMDB data health and governance. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions. Support upgrade activities and ensure platform best practices. Mandatory Skills 10+ years of overall IT experience. 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. 5+ years of experience in

ITOM and Event Management . Strong expertise in: ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) CMDB design & governance MID Server configuration Alert Correlation & Noise Reduction Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes. Good to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM. Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reporting. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder communication. Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions. Mentoring and team collaboration skills.
