Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Junior Accountant

to support our finance and accounts department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and ensuring accurate accounting processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities · Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries · Handle accounts payable & receivable · Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny · Prepare GST workings and assist in GST return filing · Assist in TDS calculation and return filing · Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation · Support in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports · Assist during statutory audits and internal audits · Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements · Coordinate with banks and vendors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications · B.Com / M.Com (Accounting/Finance preferred) · 1–3 years of experience in accounting · Proficiency in Tally / accounting software · Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation · Strong understanding of accounting principles · MS Excel proficiency · Attention to detail and accuracy · Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile · Experience in CA firm / Financial Services / NBFC / Merchant Banking industry preferred · Ability to handle confidential financial information · Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
