Role summary:
We’re looking for a
Program Manager – Marketing Operations
to bring structure, speed, and visibility to our B2B SaaS marketing engine, focused on the US market.
Our marketing starts with GTM strategy, demand generation initiatives, SEO, AEO programs, and product positioning. Your role is to turn these into shipped outcomes, blogs, videos, backlinks, landing pages, retargeting flows, G2 positioning, and product updates.
You will connect SEO, AEO, paid, organic, automation, and reporting into one operating rhythm, ensuring execution stays consistent, clear, and effective.
This role requires someone who values clarity over chaos and can convert strategy into execution through structured planning and strong ownership.
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end execution of GTM and demand generation programs.
Translate marketing strategy into clear plans, timelines, and sprint-ready tasks.
Drive execution across SEO, AEO, content, paid, organic, and lifecycle initiatives.
Coordinate with content, design, product, growth, sales, and CS teams to ensure delivery.
Manage execution workflows for blogs, landing pages, backlinks, retargeting, and positioning initiatives.
Track progress, velocity, and performance of ongoing programs.
Ensure execution quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Maintain operational rhythm across planning, execution, and reporting.
Continuously improve workflows to increase speed and efficiency.
Must-haves:
4–6 years
of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Program Management, or similar roles.
Experience working in B2B SaaS companies, preferably aligned with the US market.
Strong exposure to GTM execution, demand generation, SEO, and content programs.
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, or Notion.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing automation tools.
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and execution discipline.
Nice-to-have:
Exposure to AEO and experience supporting G2 positioning, organic growth, and product marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with WordPress, Contentful, or similar CMS platforms.
Exposure to GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
Experience working in startup environments.
