Commercial Real Estate Specialist

We are a reputed real estate advisory firm specializing in commercial leasing, investment sales, and property consulting for corporates and HNIs. Our portfolio includes premium office spaces, retail outlets, and industrial properties across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and source commercial properties (office, retail, and warehouse spaces) across prime locations. * Generate leads and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Conduct property visits, negotiate lease terms, and close transactions with landlords and tenants. * Coordinate with property owners, developers, and corporate clients for site inspections and deal finalization. * Maintain updated records of available properties and client requirements. * Prepare property proposals, agreements, and follow up for documentation. * Achieve monthly leasing and revenue Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage or advisory firm, preferably in commercial leasing. * Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. * Knowledge of Chennai’s commercial property market. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
