Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Business Development & Sales
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads for
printing ink (UV / water-based / Solvent-based), varnishes (Gloss, Matte, Tactile, Emboss, Special Effects)
to generate sales.
Identify and develop new customers in
Flexo, offset, gravure, lable, and packaging
segment.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, & close sales order.
Promote and sell PPD products.
Support dealer / distributors where ever applicable
Conduct
cold calling, customer visits , and
follow-up calls
to maintain engagement and develop relationships.
Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the reporting manager.
Participate in
exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
to represent the organization and build new connections.
Assist in
product trials, demonstrations, and validations
at customer sites.
2.
Customer Relationship & Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with customers for order status, delivery schedules, and feedback.
Follow up regularly on
payment status
and ensure timely collections.
Maintain alignment with
customer quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries and requests.
3.
Technical & Application Support
Take support from the manager and internal technical teams to resolve customer
technical queries
effectively.
Support in
product validation, performance checks , and preparation of technical documentation.
Coordinate internally for any service-related issues to ensure prompt customer support.
Maintain records of trials, validation results, and technical interactions for reference and reporting.
4.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with the
backup / inside sales team
for order processing, delivery tracking, and documentation.
Maintain all lead, enquiry, and order data accurately in the
CRM (e.g., V-Tiger)
system.
Prepare and submit
sales activity reports, forecasts, and follow-up updates
to the reporting manager.
Contribute to internal reviews and support timely communication within the team.
Qualification, Key Skills & Competencies:

Education Qualification:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Printing, or relevant field
ยท
Experience:
2 โ 4 Years in Sales / Technical Support / Application Engineering in Printing & Packaging
Strong technical understanding of printing and packaging processes and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
for reporting and data tracking.
Ability to work independently under guidance and maintain customer focus.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, trials, and events.
