Job Responsibilities ✔️ Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT/H1/GC/GC EAD/H4EAD/Citizen candidates for US IT positions ✔️ Understand GC/USC/H1B/OPT/STEM OPT timelines, EAD, and visa compliance. ✔️ Coordinate with account managers, bench sales, and marketing teams ✔️ Conduct initial screenings and validate candidate documentation ✔️ Maintain ATS and ensure accurate candidate data management ✔️ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process ✔️ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of all Visa candidates Required Skills ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience as an OPT Recruiter ✔️ Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and visa types ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment ✔️ Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals
