About the Role We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional to own artist support, maintain catalog accuracy, and build workflows that keep our operations running smoothly. This is a

precision operations role

What You'll Do •

Support & Ticket Management:

Monitor and manage the support inbox daily. Categorize incoming issues across metadata, payout, delivery, dashboard, and DSP concerns. Acknowledge every ticket within 24 hours, maintain a master issue tracker, and close tickets only after confirmed resolution from the artist. •

Metadata & Catalog Integrity:

Cross-check top revenue tracks against DSP data to surface mismatches, split errors, and ISRC inconsistencies. Coordinate and follow up on all correction requests with distribution partners. Catalog accuracy directly protects artist revenue — this is a high-priority function. •

DSP & Partner Coordination:

Prepare structured, evidence-based issue reports for distribution partners. Track every escalation from submission through to resolution. Maintain clear communication logs — documented and structured, no informal outreach. •

Artist Communication & Templates:

Build and maintain a library of standardized reply templates and a structured artist FAQ. Reduce repetitive inbound queries by addressing root causes with clear, consistent communication. •

Growth Operations (Post-Stabilization):

Once core systems are stable, assist with artist segmentation by revenue tier, performance dashboard maintenance, and monthly reporting packs.
