Job Summary

We are looking for a

Senior Non-IT Recruiter

with strong expertise in hiring across

Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support, and Business roles . The ideal candidate will independently manage

end-to-end recruitment , drive

volume and niche hiring , and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end recruitment

for Non-IT roles including Sales (B2C/B2B), Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership roles Manage

bulk/volume hiring

as well as

niche and senior-level positions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and timelines Design and execute

sourcing strategies

using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and alternate channels Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process Drive

offer management , salary negotiations, and closure within defined TATs Ensure a smooth

candidate experience

from first contact to onboarding Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reports Mentor junior recruiters and guide them on sourcing, screening, and closures Support employer branding initiatives and campus/drive hiring when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in

Non-IT hiring

(Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance, HR, Support) Hands-on exposure to

bulk and target-driven hiring Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities Good understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarks Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience in

EdTech / Startup / High-growth organizations
