UK IT recruiter Onsite role-5 days Location: Noida

Shift time 1:30pm IST to 11pm IST

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across Ireland, the UK, and the European Union. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, right-to-work requirements, and GDPR regulations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Ireland, the UK, and multiple EU countries Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce plans Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment campaigns Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes Ensure compliance with local employment laws, right-to-work checks, and GDPR requirements Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in the ATS Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience across all regions.

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally across Ireland, UK, and/or EU markets Strong knowledge of regional hiring practices, employment legislation, and right-to-work requirements Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies

Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across multiple EU countries Knowledge of visa processes and cross-border hiring Background recruiting for tech, commercial, or specialist roles (depending on business needs)
