Hiring: Property Operations Executive

Location: North Goa

We are looking for a hands-on Property Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our luxury villas.

This is an on-ground role ideal for someone operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both guests and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs - Oversee housekeeping coordination and quality checks - Monitor routine maintenance and report issues promptly - Ensure villas are fully operational and guest-ready at all times - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations - Maintain basic documentation and operational reports

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or property operations - Strong communication and coordination skills - Practical problem-solving approach - Willingness to be on-site and handle operational challenges - Two-wheeler preferred - Must currently be stationed in North Goa
