Key Responsibilities:
Build, scale, and manage
Blitz & Offline sales channels
for the assigned region.
Drive
lead generation, site visits, and conversions
to achieve business targets.
Develop and nurture relationships with
brokers, developers, and local channel partners .
Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to
improve productivity and conversion rates .
Coordinate with
central operations and marketing teams
to ensure seamless execution and support.
Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance improvement.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
3–6 years in real estate sales / channel sales / partnerships.
