Summary:

Knowledge Networks is launching a new Professional Certification and Responsible AI Literacy (RALC) program to set a global standard for Responsible AI governance. This mission-driven initiative is designed with a dual-channel approach (digital-first and accredited tracks) to rapidly position it as the premier global credential in Responsible AI. As Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end implementation of this initiative—overseeing curriculum development, platform setup, and learner engagement—to empower professionals worldwide with ethical AI skills. Your impact will advance Knowledge Networks’ vision of ethical AI adoption across industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead

cross-functional implementation of both the digital (RALC) and accredited Responsible AI certification programs, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners for timely, on-budget deliver. Coordinate

between Knowledge Networks and external training partners (instructional designers, LMS/platform developers, marketing specialists) to co-design curriculum and learning experiences. Manage

project timelines and monthly milestones from content development through launch, including running regular team check-ins and tracking key deliverables (content completion, platform readiness, enrollment targets). Support

international rollout logistics by collaborating with our global network’s liaison and regional partners in ASEAN, EU, and MENA to adapt program materials and schedules for local needs. Oversee

learner engagement and success metrics: monitor KPIs (enrollment, completion rates, satisfaction) and maintain rigorous certification quality control through continuous feedback and improvement. Collaborate

with marketing and policy teams to drive outreach and enrollment, leveraging Knowledge Networks’ media channels and policy networks (e.g. podcasts, newsletters, events). (For example, dedicated partner marketing leads will align campaign efforts with our marketing team.) Ensure

accurate reporting on program progress and KPIs to senior stakeholders, maintain compliance with accreditation and organizational standards, and manage program budgeting and financial tracking. Qualifications: 8+ years of program management experience in education, professional training, or digital learning environments (experience with certifications or credentialing programs is a strong plus). Proven expertise with learning management systems and online course tools (e.g. Canvas, Moodle, Open edX) and digital content development processes along with strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate across international teams and time zones (comfort working in cross-cultural settings). PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred. A mission-driven mindset with a passion for ethical AI; experience in AI, technology, or policy domains is beneficial. Working Style:

Remote (global). This role requires flexible scheduling with overlap in key time zones (similar to a “Remote-first” model) and occasional travel as needed.
