This is not a typical corporate job where you are a small cog in a big wheel. You will work directly with the

Founder.

You will see how a million-dollar company is built from the ground up. You will wear two hats:

Strategy

(30%) and

Execution

(70%).

1. Revenue Growth (The Execution): Manage the inbound deal flow from US markets. Conduct high-impact discovery calls with global HR leaders. Own the full sales cycle for Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) from demo to closing. Skill Acquired:

High-ticket negotiation & US-market sales psychology.

2. Market Expansion (The Strategy): Analyse inbound data to identify new “Ideal Customer Profiles” (ICPs). Work with the Founder to refine the pricing strategy and sales deck. Assist in building partnerships with global ATS platforms. Skill Acquired:

Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy & Product-Market Fit analysis.
