We are seeking an experienced

UKG Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, configure UKG modules, and support system implementations and enhancements.

Location : India (Remote) Shift- Australia (5 am - 2 pm IST - Remote) Type : Contract ( 3 +3 months, extendable) Experience : 5+ years

Required Skills Certified UKG Pro WFM Consultant with 5+ years’ experience Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and migration to UKG Pro WFM Strong UKG functional consultant with skills in configuring and customising UKG pro modules Previous implementation project experience Proven track record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
