The Opportunity You will own and drive growth across the business — from lead generation to email marketing to conversion optimization. You’ll work directly with the founder to build scalable systems that generate consistent revenue. If you’re someone who thinks in funnels, obsessively tests copy, understands buyer psychology, and loves turning strategy into measurable growth — this is for you.

What You’ll Own Lead generation strategy and execution (organic + outbound) Email marketing campaigns and automation High-converting copy (landing pages, nurture sequences) Funnel optimization and conversion tracking CRM management and automation workflows Growth experiments and performance analytics Supporting sales strategy and closing optimization

Who You Are You are: Entrepreneurial

– You understand segmentation, automation, and deliverability An excellent copywriter

– You can write persuasive, conversion-focused copy Strong in lead generation

– You know how to consistently generate qualified leads Sales-savvy (big plus)

– You understand objections, positioning, and buyer psychology Analytical

– You track metrics, test hypotheses, and optimize performance Technically capable

– Comfortable managing CRMs, automation tools, and marketing platforms Experienced in content creation (plus)
