Senior Sales Executive (3+ years experience)

Roles We're Hiring For

Sales Executive

Perfect for early-career professionals with 1–2 years of experience in industrial supplies.

**Freshers with B.tech in Mechanical can also apply.

What you'll do:

· Manage quotations, order processing & invoicing

· Identify new opportunities within assigned territories

· Develop customer relationships & understand industry-specific needs

· Provide solutions using our product line

· Achieve sales targets with strong process discipline

· Generate proposals, handle service requests & maintain account health

Who you are:

· Experience in hoses/industrial supplies preferred.

· Strong communication, organization & customer handling skills

· Proficient with MS Office/Google Sheets

· Self-driven with problem-solving skills

· Graduate; B.Tech Mechanical or Industrial Distribution is a plus

Senior Sales Executive

Ideal for sales professionals who can independently manage B2B/B2C pipelines and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do:

· Conduct structured sales meetings & market research

· Understand customer requirements & convert them into effective solutions

· Handle cold calling, lead generation & follow-up pipeline

· Create detailed proposals & negotiate pricing

· Manage new and existing customers through visits, calls & emails

· Train junior sales staff on sales techniques & product knowledge

· Represent the company at trade fairs & industry events

· Provide feedback on market trends & competitor activities

Who you are:

· Excellent communicator & presenter

· Strong time management and negotiation skills

· Experienced in B2B sales (industrial domain preferred)

· Skilled in making accurate cost calculations & fast quotations

· Flexible, persistent, customer-focused
