Financial Analyst

Job Description Role - Financial Analyst Mode of Work - Hybrid(Monday,Wednesday,Friday-WFO) Shift - 3PM-11PM IST

The Financial Analyst plays an integral part of the Finance team and will report to the Finance Director. We are looking for a candidate with great entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to learn, and someone who displays agility to service the needs of the organization. Responsibilities and tasks would include the following:

Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a variety of portfolio companies. Create variance analysis reports, analyze past results, identify cost savings, revenue generators, trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Building & maintaining Financial and Operational dashboards. Compiles data and prepares a variety of different schedules and reports. Providing timely ad hoc reporting using advanced data mining techniques, data analysis and financial modeling Understanding accounting systems, with a view to improving processes, uploading budgets, and creating analysis reports. Assist with set up and other accounting tasks as needed. Complete market research including Product and R&D research and comparable company analysis. Perform analysis and due diligence of potential acquisition targets and building and maintaining complex financial and business models. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements: 2-4 years of prior experience in Finance or Accounting functions. Real Estate Experience is a plus Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background Proficient in MS Excel. Familiarity with data mining and BI Tools is a plus. An independent thinker with good analytical skills Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. A strong written and verbal communicator Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Flexible and eager to work on diverse businesses and projects. Efficient, responsive and takes initiative to improve processes. Committed to collaboration and teamwork. Understand the highly adaptable nature of support work and are comfortable with being available as needed.
