We are looking for a high-impact Ad Sales leader who thrives as an individual contributor and knows how to win in complex, high-value environments. This role is part of our LCS business and is designed for someone who can independently drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and unlock large opportunities with top agencies and marquee brands.

What You’ll Own
Drive end-to-end Ad Sales for the LCS portfolio across key markets
Acquire and grow large agency and brand partnerships
Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Agency Leaders)
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and long-term value
Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals
Identify new business opportunities, categories, and growth segments
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns and solutions
Represent the organization at industry forums and client meetings
What Makes You a Great Fit
7–14 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Advertising
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
Strong existing relationships with large advertising agencies and leading brands
Experience managing large enterprise accounts independently
Expertise in solution selling and consultative approach
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Excellent communication and executive presence
