Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive enrolments for teacher certification and professional development programs. This is a B2C-focused sales role, involving direct engagement with educators and academic professionals.

The role also includes supporting institutional collaborations and school partnerships when required. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, articulate, and comfortable managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive enrolments for teacher certification, training, and educator upskilling programs - Handle inbound and outbound leads and counsel educators on program offerings - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups, objections, and closures - Communicate professionally with teachers, school leaders, and education stakeholders - Support institutional collaborations and school partnerships when required - Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions - Consistently achieve assigned enrolment and revenue targets

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of B2C sales experience preferred

(Education, training, or service-based sales experience is an advantage, not mandatory)

- Strong command of English (spoken and written) - Understanding of the teacher education and upskilling ecosystem - Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and closures - Professional communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
