Senior Structural Engineering professionals

with

5-7 years of experience

to join our growing team. Strong leadership and mentoring capability for the design team is mandatory Required Qualifications B.Tech in Civil Engineering

and

M.Tech in Structural Engineering

(mandatory) Strong experience in

RCC design/

Structural Steel Experience in high-rise building design is preferable Proficiency in

STAAD

and/or

ETABS

for structural analysis and design Key Responsibilities Lead the design team and detailing team Perform

detailed structural design

based on basic drawings and specifications Derive steel member sizes and prepare design calculations Execute the design of

steel and RCC structures

as per relevant codes and standards Prepare structural reports, calculations, and documentation for approval Coordinate effectively with

clients and consultants

for design approvals and technical clarifications Skills & Competencies Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
