The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
A seasoned Pre-Sales Architect in networking and solutioning, you should look for a blend of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and client-facing skills.

Technical & Architectural Skills
End-to-End Networking Knowledge
Expertise in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, Wireless, and Security.
Solution Architecture
Ability to design scalable architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) with HA, DR, and compliance in mind.
Multi-Vendor Experience
Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. – able to compare and position the right OEM.
Security & Compliance Alignment
Knowledge of Zero Trust, NAC, firewalls, micro-segmentation, PCI/ISO/HIPAA requirements.
Integration Skills
Linking network with monitoring (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Motadata), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure).
Solutioning & Design Approach
Discovery & Assessment
Conduct workshops, map requirements to technical outcomes.
HLD & BoQ Preparation
Create High-Level Designs, solution documents, bills of material, and sizing guides.
TCO & ROI Modeling
Show value in business language, not just technology.
Customization & Innovation
Tailor solutions to client needs (greenfield, brownfield, migrations).
Risk & Assumption Management
Clearly articulate dependencies and mitigations in the solution design.
Client Engagement Skills
Consultative Selling
Ask probing questions, translate pain points into solutions.
Stakeholder Communication
Ability to speak at multiple levels: CxO (business outcomes), IT managers (capabilities), engineers (technical detail).
Presentation Skills
Comfortable with whiteboarding, demos, PoCs, and running client workshops.
Competitive Differentiation
Position solutions clearly against competition, highlighting uniqueness.
Business & Commercial Acumen
Licensing Models & Pricing
Familiarity with CapEx vs OpEx models, subscription licensing, and bundled offers.
Cost Optimization
Ability to balance client budgets with performance expectations.
Proposal Support
Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and building winning proposals.
