Position Title: Key Accounts Manager- (Operations- Food Services- Corporate Segment)

Role Description:
Responsible for leading end-to-end food operations across
large corporate sites
delivering
8000+ meals/day . The role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, people leadership, compliance, and profitability across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multi-site corporate food services.
Ensure service delivery aligns with client contracts and expectations.
Manage menu planning, recipe rotation, food tasting, and quality control.
Drive food safety, hygiene, and ISO standards across all kitchens.
Lead new menu development, festive promotions, and special events.
Ensure proper production planning, FIFO adherence, and cold storage compliance.
Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment and infrastructure.
Client Management Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients; ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention.
Address service concerns promptly and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify opportunities for organic growth, new services, and enhanced offerings.
Support renegotiation and renewal of contracts and service agreements.
Financial Responsibilities
Deliver sales, profitability, and organic growth targets for assigned sites.
Manage invoicing accuracy, collections, cash control, and P&L performance.
Monitor wastage, leftovers, raw material usage, and implement cost controls.
Ensure compliance with budgeting guidelines and financial reporting.
People Management Responsibilities
Lead on-site teams including cooks, stewards, MPWs, cashiers, and store staff.
Plan staffing, allocate duties, and ensure productivity and service standards.
Identify training needs and support capability-building initiatives.
Promote teamwork, staff welfare, and adherence to HR processes.
Compliance & QHSE Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, waste management, and QHSE norms.
Maintain updated documentation and site compliance records.
Report and manage all safety incidents; ensure hazard communication and resolution.
Drive a safety-first culture and maintain scores above benchmark.
Qualifications
Minimum
15+ years
of experience in corporate food operations.
Must have managed
8,000+ meals/day
in a large corporate environment.
Experience managing
multi-site / multi-location
operations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven leadership and team development capability.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, innovative, and customer-focused.
Proficient in MS Office and operational systems.
