Role Description
We are seeking energetic
Field Sales Executives
to support venue onboarding efforts across Bengaluru. The role involves approaching and onboarding
pubs, hotels, malls, cafés, and high-footfall venues
onto a growing digital platform designed to enhance customer engagement and in-person interactions.
The candidates will conduct on-ground visits, present partnership benefits, build relationships with venue managers, and ensure successful onboarding and activation.
Key Responsibilities
Visit pubs, hotels, malls, cafés, and other venues for onboarding
Explain platform benefits and partnership opportunities to venue owners/managers
Assist in completing onboarding documentation and setup
Build and maintain relationships with venue partners
Ensure venues promote the platform within their premises
Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Submit daily activity and performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements
2–3 years of experience
in field sales, merchant onboarding, or business development
Strong English communication skills (spoken & presentation)
Confident in meeting and pitching to business owners and managers
Target-driven and comfortable with on-ground field work
Ability to work flexible hours when visiting nightlife venues
Knowledge of Bengaluru local areas is preferred.
Basic familiarity with mobile apps and digital onboarding processes.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
