Design Engineer PHE

Position:

Engineer – PHE (Design Team) Exp : 5+ Years

Qualifications & Experience: B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector. Proven experience working on large-scale residential projects such as apartments, villas, and plotted developments. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand Design Basis Reports prepared by external consultants and suggest suitable alternatives for project optimization. Check PHE service drawings and provide appropriate technical comments and corrections. Study consultant drawings and propose value additions in terms of concepts, materials, and cost efficiency. Coordinate effectively with Architectural, Structural, Interior, and Landscape consultants. Visit project sites to verify design compliance and resolve service-related clashes. Ensure seamless coordination between design intent and site execution. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
