Admissions Counsellor

Roles and responsibilities :

We are looking for Admission / Academic Counsellors who can guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right program. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth admission experience while maintaining high enrollment quality. ● Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, video calls ● Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs ● Explain course structure, outcomes, fees, financing options, and placement support ● Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments within defined timelines ● Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure timely updates ● Collaborate with admissions, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience ● Meet and exceed daily, monthly enrollment targets ● Handle queries and objections with empathy and clarity Eligibility & Skills ● Graduate in any discipline ● Proficiency in one out of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi is preferred (spoken fluency required) ● English communication MUST be excellent ● Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales is preferred ● Target-driven mindset with a learner-first approach ● Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment ● Basic CRM knowledge and MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency
