Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy, target-driven Field Sales Manager who can drive territory growth, manage distributors, and lead a winning sales team in the FMCG sector.

What You’ll Do:

- Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets (Individual Contributor Role) - Manage and grow distributor & retailer network - Lead, mentor & motivate field sales team - Expand market coverage & increase product visibility - Execute trade promotions & beat competition - Track performance & submit regular MIS reports

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - 3–6 years of FMCG field sales experience. - Strong distributor handling & channel sales expertise. - Excellent negotiation & communication skills. - Target-oriented with strong leadership ability. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
