Intellectual Property Lawyer

Our client, a leading IT services and consulting company, is looking to hire an Intellectual Property Lawyer with experience in Patent drafting/prosecution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, technology transfer (SaaS/PaaS/Cloud), MSA, LOI, MOU, alliance agreements, and IP clauses in commercial contracts. - Advise business teams on IP matters relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. - Support contract management and collaborate with external counsel when required. - Assist with patent drafting, prosecution, analytics, and IP/brand/domain disputes (preferred).

Requirements

- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution AND B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation & Control. - 3–6 years of IP experience (in-house preferred)
