Key Requirements: 3-5 years on Product Management & MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred. Hands-on experience in

CRM systems

and

Bots

(Voice, Chat, Email). Expertise in managing

requirements, reports , and

end-to-end project delivery . Basic understanding of

Scrum & Agile methodologies . Familiarity with

APIs

and ability to

query databases

when needed. Capable of handling

8–10 parallel project tracks

efficiently. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and timelines.
