Create eye-catching thumbnails to increase click-through rates. Bring creative ideas to the table for video concepts and formats. Work closely with our team of journalists to transform news stories into compelling video narratives. Tailor content for various social media platforms. Use video editing software proficiently. Qualifications: Proven video editing experience. Have basic knowledge about AI tools used in video production. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and social media trends. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
