Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

with strong expertise in the

GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) module . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance, risk management, and governance automation.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions within the

ServiceNow GRC module Configure and customize ServiceNow applications as per business requirements Work on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk components Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governance Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Required Skills & Expertise 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on

ServiceNow Development Proven expertise in

ServiceNow GRC module Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations Experience with risk, compliance, and audit frameworks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-GRC preferred) Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems Exposure to ITSM or SecOps modules is an added advantage
